The audiobus speaker test system consists of three parts: shielding box, main body and human-computer interface. The exterior of the shielding box is made of high-quality aluminum alloy plate, which can effectively isolate the low frequency noise from the outside. The inner surround sound-absorbing cotton prevents the effects of sound reflection. The main body consists of the AD2122 audio analyzer, AMP50 professional test power amplifier and the standard measurement microphone. The human-computer interface consists of a computer and a foot pedal.

The system can cover all the items required for speaker testing, namely Rub & Buzz, frequency response curve, THD curve, polarity curve, impedance curve, F0 etc. In terms of production line, companies do not need professional training for operators. After the technician sets the upper and lower limits according to the high-quality speaker indicators, the operator only needs to do three things to complete a high-quality speaker test, which are placing the speaker to be tested, stepping on the foot pedal for automatic test, and taking out the speaker after the test. An operator can simultaneously operate two audiobus speaker test systems, which will greatly improve productivity.
